Javier A. Osorio is an accomplished entrepreneur and financial expert based in Austin, Texas. Born in Lima, Peru, Javier immigrated to the United States at a young age, bringing with him a strong work ethic and dedication to success.

He is the founder and CEO of RiverBear Accounting LLC, a firm specializing in bookkeeping, tax preparation, and Fractional CFO services for small to medium-sized businesses across a variety of industries.

In addition to his thriving accounting practice, Javier is a successful restaurateur, owning two celebrated Peruvian restaurants, Lima Criolla and Brasas Peruanas, which reflect his passion for sharing authentic cuisine with his community. A graduate of UTSA with a BBA in Accounting, he is actively pursuing his CPA certification to elevate his expertise and service offerings.
